Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Click N Clean, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services with exceptional customer care and attention to detail.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred cleaning date and time.
Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed only after direct communication and approval from Click N Clean.
Submitting a booking request or quote form does not automatically guarantee a scheduled appointment.
Deposits
Click N Clean may require a non-refundable deposit for first-time clients, deep cleaning services, large projects, holiday appointments, or last-minute bookings.
Deposits will be applied toward the final service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Lockout & No-Access Policy
Please ensure access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property due to missing keys, incorrect entry information, locked doors, gate access issues, or if no one is present at the scheduled appointment, a $50 lockout fee may apply.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We currently accept approved digital payment methods including Zelle and other agreed payment options.
Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with any area of the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to address the issue promptly.
Arrival Times
Arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather conditions, previous appointments, or unexpected delays. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
Photo Uploads & Privacy
Photos submitted through our quote request form are used solely for estimate and service planning purposes. Your information and photos remain private and confidential.
Service Conditions
For safety and service quality reasons, Click N Clean reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in environments considered unsafe, hazardous, excessively cluttered, or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions.

By submitting a quote request or contact form, you agree that Click N Clean may contact you by email, phone call, or text message regarding your cleaning inquiry, appointment scheduling, estimates, and related services.
