Services are provided based on the information submitted during booking or quote requests. Pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, and specific cleaning requirements of the property.

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If our team is unable to enter the property or access is delayed, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to request deposits or advance payments for first-time clients, deep cleaning services, large projects, or same-day bookings.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Click N Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate working conditions.

While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, Click N Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by improper installation or maintenance of surfaces and materials.
